the journey

there comes a time in anyone´s life when they stop to look at the big picture. they look at their life´s achivements and they make the balance of what they´ve missed to accomplish, there comes a time in anyone´s life when they stop to think about the future. what will it bring? will it flatter the egoes and the big plans they projected? will it crush them and make disbelief of all their believes? yes, there comes a time in anyone´s life when they stop to draw the line of all the successes and especially of all the failures. and the result, well the result, is postponed untill the next stop and the journey continues as before. who wants to stop anyway? it´s better to keep traveling, that´s how you forget that you are tired and a journey with no destination is a journey that does not make you wonder whether you´ve succeeded, whether your dreams came true or if you still have them.
we all travel. the journey of some of us is linear, of others is twisted, of others tangled and there are others who need help along the journey. at the crossroads they have no idea what road to take and they ask for the help of the ones they love and they find refuge in the arms of their beloved one. the crossroads makes us remember our roots and the places we´ve left behind along the journey.
